Refund policy

1. Returns & Cancellations


  • We do not accept returns or cancellations for orders once placed, except in cases of damaged or incorrect delivery.
  • No return or exchange based on color choice (assorted random colors only)

2. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery (Accepted)

If you receive a damaged/defective product or an incorrect item, we will replace it via the next available courier .

  • To report an issue:
    • Email us at giftkaribyradhika@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Attach an unboxing/opening video clearly showing the damage or incorrect product.
    • We will respond within 48–72 working hours.

 

3. Reverse Pickup & Replacement Process


If reverse pickup is not available, you will need to courier the product back.

    • Mention your name and mobile number on the package.
    • Courier charges will be reimbursed once we receive the damaged goods and the courier receipt.

Return Due to Delivery Issues


If a parcel is dispatched but returns to us due to any of the following reasons:


  • Customer not picking up calls
  • Wrong or incomplete address
  • Customer not available at the time of delivery
  • Incorrect pincode



Reshipping the Parcel:

If the customer wishes to have the parcel sent again, the shipping charges for all three transits (initial dispatch, return, and reshipping) must be paid in advance.


Important: Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible as packing and shipping costs have already been incurred.

Reshipping will be processed only after the returned product is received by us.
